An exciting opportunity has arisen to join TST out Maintenance team. Your main job focus will be the service repair & overall, of all plasma/ox fuel spray guns, EB-PVD electron beam guns & high-pressure water injection guns. The inclusion of powder feed hopper service, repair & overall and PVD rake arm repair will also be essential.
You will be able to demonstrate good practice and ability in ensuring continued professionalism of the essential auxiliary equipment to enable training of others & constructing methodology of service requirements through training aids, data capture, improvements, spares usage & uptime of equipment.
Accountabilities:
- The service, repair & overall of LVPS/APS plasma spray guns & powder hoppers
- The service, repair & overall of EB-PVD electron beam guns & rake arm gears
- The service, repair & overall of WJS high pressure single & multi spin jet guns.
- Introduce SOP & SWP of all auxiliary equipment service & repair procedures.
- Implement Data analysis and deliver KPI’s.
- Investigating machine auxiliary equipment failures
- Consulting with the OEM where required.
- Responsible for ensuring suitable spares & stock availability within cost.
- Train the maintenance team on key activities / changes on auxiliary equipment.
- Responsible for training apprentices.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary: £15.04 – £17.55 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7:00 – 15:30
