On Thursday 15th December TST held their second PTOP Performance Awards. The TST Performance Awards aim to highlight the achievements of both teams and individuals across the business. While profit is certainly a sign of company success, there are many other aspects of our business such as innovation, improving the business process, the importance of sustainable business practices, team work and making a difference. These awards give us the opportunity to recognise the excellent hard work achieved.
There are eight award categories – 5 based around the 2023 BPD (Business Plan Deployment) and then more specific areas such as the Spirit of TST, General Manager’s Choice and the Customer Award. There were over 150 nominees across all the eight categories. We had a guest appearance from Roary the TST Mascot which added to making the day a great success.
