Bonus

We run a quarterly bonus scheme with metrics driven by our employees – so everyone can contribute to its success.

Holidays

All employees receive a minimum of 25 days’ paid holiday per year plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time employees). In addition, holiday entitlement increases with service.

Pension

We automatically enrol all eligible employees into our pension scheme, with a contribution from the company which increases with length of service. In addition, all employees have the opportunity to make their own payments into the scheme.

Wellness

Employees have access to private health cover – this includes dental, optical, various forms of physical therapy and a 24 hour counselling service.

Cycle to Work Scheme

We will buy a bike and accessories worth up to £1000 for eligible employees who wish to take part. Employees then pay this back via their salary, spreading the cost over 12 months and also making significant savings on tax and National Insurance contributions.
